HAPPY BIRTHDAY IRWAN~

Woke up at 9.30am and started cooking many stuff. Here's the menu:
1) Tomato base pasta
2) Gyoza
3) Prata sushi roll

By the time I finish cooking, it's almost 1pm and I have to do the cleaning myself since my sister is watching online videos. Today is the 24th birthday of my senior, Irwan! (: I've got the chance to let them taste the wonder of vegetarian meals - it's not just about vegetables! I'm feeling very good that they allow me to share my cooking with them (: I ordered a chocolate cake from Yes Natural Bakery! (: It's nice and it's organic! Even 80 year-old grands can eat them! Good eh~

However, I am physically drained carrying the big bag everywhere. Especially with all the utensils and the Koniyaku Jelly I made earlier this wk. Still, I'm happy though not all the food are finished. I cooked way too much for the 4 of us since Jeremy knocked off late and couldn't join us.

After the kite-flying and frisbee-throwing, we had a mini celebration for Irwan. Lighting up the candles and everything, it looks as if that's his real birthday!! HAHAHAHA! It's an early celebration and I can see he is really happy (:

We went off to Game Haven to have a game of Darts! (: I would say it's my first time playing and I conclude.... I prefer ball games! (: HAHAHAHA! I can't aim without holding with two hands! I would love to try out archery in the future! I feel that it's very cool~!! Or mayb Air Rifle?? BANG BANG!

Recess week is halfway through and I'm still stucked with projects and lab reports. No progress with revision yet. I drat group work, I'm more of an individual when it comes to work and learning because I feel that I cannot trust others to do things up to my standard and I think it's really dumb to meet up to do things. Oh well, I'll just have to live with it isn't it?

Opening for HST is coming soon, really stressed about it. Many tasks like preparing HST for the opening, confirm attendance, contact youths, going for training courses, doing homework/reports beforehand.... I wonder if I'm overloading myself with too many things, am I up to the job? Who else but me can take up the job? Well, I don't think there's anyone who can do things for me! So, no more complaining, JUST DO IT!

I WILL MAKE USE OF THE REMAINING DAYS TO FINISH ALL PROJECTS, LAB REPORTS, REVISE MS2005 AND CATCH UP ON ALL LECTURES/TUTORIALS MISSED PLUS DO MY FUTURE TUTORIALS AND READ UP ON STUFF. I WILL DO IT! I HAVE TO DO IT! I CAN DO IT! WHOOOSH!

What do you understand about the word 'Recess'?
Well, I always thought that it meant 'a period of time which you could rest and relax' but it now has a whole new meaning to it. 'a period of time to complete what you've left and a time to prepare for tests'!

What more can I expect of Recess Wk?

There's a lab report due next week. 2 projects. 3 tutorials. 2 tests. 1 birthday. Many others lining up after that...

I started my Recess Wk with a project! MS8006 Economics of Manufacturing. I was pretty disappointed as my 2 groups members were mega-ly late and you guys know I don't exactly like to wait!! Then we spent another 15 minutes finding a place to do our project. First, we had a slight argument about the presentation of our project and finally agreed to split the work up. I'm doing alone and the other two will do the other part. I must say my perfectionist attitude towards work hasn't subside a bit! Which is something I didn't like! I tuned the color and the position of the pictures many times before moving on. Yet, somehow, I was complete the work faster than the other two. When we combined the slides, I was disappointed with the repetitive photo positions, unmatched colours and irregular fonts. We took some time to rectify it before I got really hungry and decided to handle the editting on my own.

This is the second time I am handling group projects ever since HW110 Effective Communication. I think I am not a person for project work.... Don't you think so? I don't like to be picky but presentation matters to me. I will try my best not to be so perfectionist the next time which is... tommorrow? Second project, HW210 Technical Communication.

SCHOOL RESTART!!

It's been months since I've updated my blog. There's nothing much happening earlier except working in MSE lab. Made great friends (MSE seniors) while working over there! (: Weijing! Jiesheng! Guanrong! Eric! Irwan! Hung! (^___^)

Eversince the reopening of school, I've been feeling a tremendous amount of stress with regards to academic work. Propably it's due to the overbearing 21 AU that I am holding, yet I know that it is essential for me to take it up since I've been underloading for the past two semesters.

For now, I'm holding 2 jobs - tuition and lecture recording. I must say that both are equally boring... (>__<) But it's all worth when I see money coming in... Oh well, let it be~

JULY 2010!!!

It's been a long long time since I've updated my blog but I've been really busy though it's the holidays! There are much fun and laughter, sweat and tears in the past one month but somehow, I still feel very happy and grateful for all that I have now.

UK Students 2010
I can roughly recall some of their names: Gemma, Christopher, Aleta...
It's been a fun 2 weeks out with them on different cultural sites in Singapore. Although we were unable to visit MacRitchie Reservoir as our last site due to the rainy seasons, I am very contented that I get to see so many ANGMOHS!! (: They're really nice and friendly to me. I hope that they'll be able to come again!!

Shanghai Looker 2010
This time, Looker brings another batch of Shanghai students to NTU, and I get to see Looker Manager Kelvin and Roger for the second time of the year! It feels really good to see foreign friends coming back to Singapore. Though I did not have time to visit places of interest with them, they are still very nice to me. Most of them are fascinated with what NTU has to offer and feedback me that they would want to come to NTU to study! (: Well, it makes me feel great! At the last day, I even created an account on Renren.com so that I could contact with them in the future! I must say I really find like people from Shanghai!

It has been more than half a year since we've had a get-together!! And this time it's at ECP! (: I love it! The weather was really nice and I got to enjoy the nice breeze with the girls. To my surprise, they prepared food for me, which I feel very grateful of! (: I even had a vegetarian cake!!! I've got a present too! (: I LOVE THEM, THANK YOU MY ANGELS+10+Shuxin!

Lab work @ MRO
Remember I mentioned that I was suppose to work in the lab to track assets? Well, the job was done and I was transferred to do Maintenance Database with some of the other students. Or should I say, some of my seniors. HAHAHAHA. I really loveeee being the youngest because I always get forgiven if I appear blurrr and when I'm lazy to walk around through the different labs. BUT! Now! I'm a SENIOR! I'm already a Year 2! I must train myself to know the machines and the different labs so that I can do my FYP successfully!! JIAYOU!!!

You may have won the argument by scolding your way through, yet it doesn't prove that we lost. Just because we chose to do things our way, it doesn't mean that ours is definitely wrong. You can win only because we understood the fact that fighting back is unfilial and we do not want to ruin our own reputation. SO, I would rather suffer humiliation now than to regret my unfilial acts.

How much have you actually done to earn our respect? I bet it is actually lesser than what you should get back. Yet, you can receive this much because God wants us to be nice to everyone around and we're heeding the advice. If we had not heed the advice, you might really die of anger like what you claim to be.

Sometimes, we're definitely not knowing how much we are actually getting... You have 2 good daughters and yet you chose to stand against us, against the good belief of being nice to all. How long can we withstand your extreme bad and fluctuating temper?

Vegetarian Food Fair 2010
After my examinations, I've been attending rehearsals for the food fair as the emcee. It was a very fun experience. I always thought I'm very good with words but very often, I get blank. Also, I get to wear the traditional Indian costume and I really love it!! (: The food sold at the fair is really nice. There's a wide variety of vegetarian dishes offered which proves to many that adopting a vegetarian diet can be very exciting! There's Japanese dishes, Malay dishes, Chinese dishes, Indian dishes and Western dishes! (:

Global Chinese Conference on Computers in Education (GCCCE) 2010
Remember I mentioned that I went for an interview during my semester? I was accepted to help out as Student Assistant in the conference. For consecutively 4 days, I took taxi down to NTU with my supervisor because we had to start work very early in the morning. It was a fun experience knowing many other students assistants - XingLi, WeiTing, Phoebe, JingJing, TeckWei, ShiYi, BoYang, Billy!

ZEN Japanese Vegetarian Restaurant
A newly-opened restaurant at Midlink Plaza, very well-known for its restaurant design and dish design. The servings are relatively large and price range is very affordable. What more to ask? The prices are all nett prices! No service charge!

Malay Heritage Centre
Took a group of UK students down to Malay Heritage Centre at Bugis by taking MRT. They were really nice except they are not interested in cultural stuff. I was very amazed by the exhibitions at the centre!! (: During the whole trip, I got the chance to speak to 5 out of the 11 participants in the group. Well~ I consider it quite a breakthrough because I used to be able to speak to only 3 participants a day in other student groups.

Sis's 21st Birthday!

Well, this is probably the first and the last time that our family is ever holding a party. But I will never forget the warmth and affections I felt while slogging hard to make this party smooth-going.

With an elder sister that is never thinking ahead of time, it is nonetheless inavoidable to get everyone on their nerves as we have to do things for her. Firstly, it's the cake, the food. Next is the decoration. And finally the programme of the party.

But I would say that this is the first time that our family has ever worked together as one for a common motive. My Mom deal with the cleaning, my bro and Dad is incharge of the decoration and labour. For me, I was busy looking after everything that my sister is not.

Yet, there is something that cannot be changed and that's the hostility of our family. We never liked crowded places, other than my sister who is a little crazy and different from many of us. I tried to roam around during the party but felt that I can never force myself to smile at people who thinks that I am only identical to my sister and never knew the real me. However, I was really thankful that Teresa, Angeline and my great bud, Yeongchyun, for coming to grace the event.

To Teresa and Angeline, I can never express my thanks to these 2 girls. They went to search for a present after their exams specially for my sister. My beloved 2 classmates of ZhiShan Class, which we all share the same thoughts and it felt like we knew each other for decades even though our friendship only started less than a year ago (:

To YeongChyun, I can never thank enough. He was like a family to me as he knew me right to the bones. Though he once wanted to change me, he had accepted me for who I am and I greatly appreciated it. We never talked a lot, especially with Glenda this big mouth auntie around, but we knew each other right to the very core. Life-long friends are people like thisss! (:

Somehow, I felt that my family is getting closer even though we never really talked. It's all the supportive actions that were done in discrete that kept the whole family thing going on and I am very thankful/grateful. LOVE MY FAMILY.

Taking this chance, let me wish all the mothers in the world a HAPPY MOM'S DAY! I bought flowers for my Mom and brought her down to a vegetarian banquet. I even took photo with her! (It was about a decade ago since we've ever taken any)

Hi everyone, sorry for leaving the blog dead for that long. I've been very busy recently with exam preparations. Before this, there were a lot of tests for various modules and it drains me out everyday. So today, I decided to spend 5 minutes of my dinner break time to type a post here to update you guys about my recent activities.

There isn't much to speak about the many tests and how badly I've did for those. Maybe I shall fill you guys up with my plans for holidays? That's part of my plan to motivate myself to work harder as well (:

Part-time job as Recording Monitor in lab:
As many would have known, I am a person who likes to gain new experiences and this time round, I've ventured into the laboratory of NTU! (: It was a mere coincidence that I was offered this part-time job while doing the recording for a funded research project. So basically, my jobscope is to check the recorded waves of various participants of the research, check if they have miss out anything and that's it! I'm paid 10 bucks an hour. It's a really easy job. I hope to get more such jobs next academic year!! (:

Interview for Global Chinese Conference on Computers in Education:
To fill up my holidays, I've signed up as a Student Assistant for GCCCE 2010. Not only can I work and get paid, I will be provided IT training and this might help in my future part-time jobs! So I went down for interview during my free time and is currently waiting for a reply. I hope that I can get through!! (>__<) I would say that I did pretty well for the interview and has a lot to offer due to my past experience in tour handling and my bilingualism (: Should not be a problem! (: LOVE PART-TIME JOBS. Future holiday trip plans:
I have been discussing about holiday plans with my friends. There are loads of places we're pending to go: Bintan, Batam, Genting, Taiwan... OMG, this is going to need loads of money. Which is why I've decided to take up part-time jobs even during the exam period. I've renewed my passport for it so let's get it chopped and let me fly!!

February 2010 is definitely fun-filled and test-filled!! There's Chinese New Year, Chingay, Valentine's Day and of course, the release of the A levels results! (:

Many would have forgotten but I would never forget the promise I made the year before! So this year, though it isn't my year, I went down to NYJC to visit my beloved Monica and Melissa! I must say I feel very distant from the unfamiliar faces but my girls still made me feel like home... Oh my, I miss those days! The 6 of us would laze around at the round tables, doing essays together and gossip~~

Great work my girls! You've not disappoint any body who held high hopes for you! (: I'm most happy for u! ^^

Now, the most important thing is to decide the university the girls will go to~ and I play a rather vital role in promoting NTU to them!! HAHAHA! 13 March! NTU OPENHOUSE!

Zhizhi is really busy nowadays... There's project, test, exams and work to prepare for... All the best to everyone! (including peeps from NUS and army!!)

The year has finally come to an end! (: I'm one year older now and I wish I could mature and bring happiness to the people around me!! Now, let me share with you my recent activities:

Chinese New Year
It's the usual practice, staying at Grandma's house (one block away from mine) the whole day and wait for relatives to visit. Yet, one thing that made me not at all happy that day was to see my Grandma getting older and weaker. It hurts me deeply inside when I saw her getting thinner, walking slower, using the walking support now instead of the usual walking stick... I feel that she might leave me anytime. It makes me want to grab all opportunity to spend time with her~ ): I wish I will have the chance to show her my university degree certificate...

Sad things aside, I received angbaos of course. I would not mention what I did with it, I am contented with what I am given (: HAPPY NEW YEAR!!

Chingay 2010
Many would be surprised that I am actually joining Chingay 2010 as a performer. Well, I did it out of fun and the desire to gain experience (: It all ended well and I enjoyed the parade. It was tough having to adapt to the costumes and makeup but I did it! YAY!! I learnt a lot and made many friends, it's a once-in-a-lifetime experience!! (:

What did I line up for myself next? NOTHING! I wish to concentrate on studying, making my transfer to MSE a worth-while one. It makes me frustrated when I don't understand the lectures and tutorials. I've got to work hard! Living alone sure is fun and exciting! I love to be independent and do stuff myself.

Anyway, my RECESS WEEK is coming!! I'm an optimistic person that does not get EMO at all (: I like that trait of mine personally...More time for gathering, study and work!! (: YAY!

Well, there's a lot to catchup! I'm off!

The month of January 2010

Hi everyone, it's been such a long time since I've posted. Well, I've been very busy in the month of January. School's opened and there are a lot of commitments that I have to make... (: I'm enjoying it though! Let me update you about the stuff that I've been doing!

Korean Student Group (University of Seoul)
I'm attached to the Centre for Continuing Education in NTU, serving as a student helper for the Korean Student Group who are here for the Global Expert Programme. Basically, my job is to babysit them and go to trips with them (e.g. National Museum of Singapore, Singapore Discovery Centre, school tours etc.). I must say that the Koreans are so cheerful and nice though some are really punks and the heck-care sort. Girls out there! Don't you every believe in Korean Dramas and think that Korean guys are romantic and gentle!! IT'S ALL WRONG!!! That's what the ladies told me~~ HAHAHA. They stayed here for 3 weeks and we had a lot of fun time together. On their second last day in Singapore, I was invited to their room in Nanyang Executive Centre and spent more than 6 hours (8pm to 2am) playing korean games and talking about national culture... Received some gifts from MinHee, SungMin, SuJee and many more... I was pretty sad when they had to leave... OPPA!! UNNI!! Had farewell lunch at Nanyang Executive Cafe (: Great lunch. They had buffet and I had people to serve me... ^^

Chingay 2010
Many would be scratching their heads and say,"WHAT ARE U DOING THERE??" Well~~ I first joined this as a performer, for the 5 CCA points that is used in the Hall Admission Scheme. However, I was offered the position in the committee and I took it up. Serving as a Welfare Officer, I am very confident since I'm going back to my old post in NYJC30SC! Yet, it was a disaster when I had to personally buy and carry 50 bread, 50 muffins for 2 of the sessions as their supper... And, I had to do weird dance steps which are suppose to be SAMBA! Crap! But the whole committee was very nice, especially my chairperson!! (: I love her! In all, I've met a lot of new friends and would definitely join again next year - as a committee member ONLY!!! HAHAHAHA! Chingay is going to be broadcasted on the 20th! LOOK OUT FOR IT!

China Student Group
After the Korean Student Group, here comes the China Student Group!! Good thing about this group is that...
- there's no language barrier
- the people are rather nice (no punks!)
- they are very punctual
Though their stay in Singapore is shorter (2 weeks), they've made themselves comfortable with this place and even went to Sentosa! Of course, they came back ALL RED. They're a really nice bunch and though everyone is from different universities in Shanghai, I just love their learning attitude! We visited the Yakult factory on 1 Feb and they were so excited!! HAHAHAHA!! They're leaving on Friday, 5 Feb, and there's a farewell lunch @ Yunan Corner!! It's actually a Staff Recreation Club that most students cannot enter!! WHOO!

Usual Commitment
Like usual, I'm still teaching tuition. The kids are great, I feel like I am treated like their own family though I am only the tutor. They take care of my well-being and give me presents on festive seasons!! ^^ I feel that I don't deserve to be treated that nicely... In return, I will be teaching them till they say they don't want tuition anymore!!

FAREWELL 2009!

Every year is special as it only happens once. 2009 is indeed a special year where I made many changes to my character, lifestyle, mindset and dreams.

I started working in December 2008 and by January 2009, I had many tuition assignments up to the point of falling ill due to work. I wish to earn as much money as possible using my knowledge and to get a taste of the society. There were good and bad, sweet and bitter along the way but I managed to pull through it!

At the same time, I managed to get a placing in university, which fufilled my long-time dream since young. Who says offsprings of commoners will always be commoners? I'm not a high-flyer but I'm definitely going make my stay in NTU worthwhile. At least graduate?? HAHAHAHA. I'm STRUGGLING MAD with my work.... (>__<)

After shifting into hostel, I got the taste of independent living!! There were loads of stuff you have to take care of!! Food, Hygiene, Laundry.... Yet, I'm glad I can experience hostel life. This once again assured me that I can live on my own with no problem and I don't need a man in my life.... HAHAHAHAHA...

However, I feel apologetic to my family and friends. Due to work and study, I hadn't had much time to spend with them. Even if I have time, I would want to do things I'm comfortable with or stay alone. During festive seasons, I like to give myself a break from all the study and work and neglect them. I guess it's something I need to change, isn't it?

The season of Thanksgiving is once again here! Let me take this chance to thank everyone who played both a positive and negative role in my life. Every experience is worth remembering and I learnt a fruitful lesson for the past one year. The year 2009 had made plenty revolutionary change in my life.

I HOPE THERE WOULDN'T BE ANYONE THAT I DON'T LIKE TO BE STALKING MY BLOG. SIMILARLY, I DO NOT LIKE PEOPLE TO LOOK AT MY BLOG ONLY FOR THE SAKE OF SOURCING FOR COMMON TOPICS TO TALK TO ME. I MEANT NO HARM BY WRITING THIS BUT JUST WANT TO MAINTAIN THE PRIVACY OF MY BLOG.

I've made another major decision in my life: CHANGE MY PROGRAMME OF STUDY IN NTU.
It was a tough decision and I thought it would be difficult to pull through. Yet, my parents supported me and Mom talked to me. I felt so loved when Dad said he is okay with it as long as I'm happy. WOW. Never once did I really felt that trust, but I did now. THANKS MOM, DAD. They might not see this at all but I'm just so thankful of everything.

My friends were supportive. That's why I love them as much as they love me. But, I still have to wait for the results to be out before I can say that I am really changing my course. I've just sent out the application, results have to wait.

Woke up rather late and went to teach tuition before meeting up with Cynthia and Corinne at Compass Point for a really early dinner. Talked through the few hours we were at Swensens and it was madly enjoyable. There were some juicy romance, 'flies' stories, study stress and many other topics we touched on. Of course, we sat outside 7-eleven like usual until we were tired and went back home together.

>>>TUESDAY<<<
Woke up in real excitement today but wasn't feeling well. Met up with Cynthia and Corinne at Sengkang MRT, heading to Dhoby Ghaut for lunch. We stopped by Classic Lao Di Fang, a vegetarian restaurant located in Park Mall and had a sumptuous meal there. The food was nice, even Corinne said so. It amounted to less than 35 bucks. I would say that this broke the myth that vegetarian restaurants are expensive. Of course, I ate everything the two of them can't finish. (NO NO TO WASTAGE!!)

Walked the entire Far East Plaza but can't seem to find anything that met our eyes and POCKETS. So, we headed down to Bugis immediately. I would say Bugis has loads of treasure island for us to explore. I got 2 tops. Cynthia got a top, a bottom and.... I forgot. Corinne got a top too! So, it's not a wasted trip. It started raining cats and dogs and I really mean cats and dogs!!

Cynthia's umbrella got blown and we were drenched by the time we went to Iluma. Spent some time drying ourselves before heading to the restaurants. We ate at a Korean restaurant since Corinne is craving for it. Of course, I used my skills to alter the dish till it's vegetarian... (^___^) I ate a lot too! But of course, this time, I didn't help to clear the wastage since it's not vegetarian...

Took Bus 80 back and dozed off during the ride... THANKS CORINNE AND CYNTHIA. I LOVE U GIRLS.

Woke up at 12noon today since I've got nothing on in the morning. Using light speed, I dressed myself after bathing and went down to Compass Point to meet Glenda. We went to Pizza Hut and had a really good lunch. Poor Glenda was ill for the past few days and looking pale. We went walking around after lunch. I bought books and stationeries at Popular before heading to Metro to look at gifts where I met Corinne and her Mom!! ^^ HAHAHAHA. Went to D&C to get shoes for a wedding banquet next Sunday. My Mom's cousin is finally getting married!! Well, I can't eat much of the food in the banquet (I might even get angry if I see how exotic and spendthrift they are) but I need to go. It's a good excuse to get new shoes!! ^^ THANKS GLENDA FOR ACCOMPANYING ME OUT EVEN THOUGH YOU'RE NOT FEELING WELL.

May be having picnic at Marina Barage tomorrow, need to prepare/buy some food so that I won't go hungry... I hope it won't rain tomorrow!!!

On Monday, I was being called by the Hall Office and went back to hostel to shift my things immediately. Due to my high efficiency and god-like speed, I've shifted everything to my new room (shouldn't enclose my new address here...) in 2 hours or so... I really like my new room... ^^ Best thing is, it's QUIET. It's near to Angie's room too, so I can always go over to visit. Good news is, my roomie Pheuron got her single room!! ^^ Looks like my bugging skills does work for our Hall 12 officer... HAHAHAHA. I'm so happy!! Yet, due to the last-minute hostel shifting, I've missed the first 2 hours of Teoheng Karaoke Party. Sorry to my uni peeps!! It was still a fun day though I know my voice is a total disaster... (>___<) Looking forward to Mahjong and picnic!! ^^

On Thursday, I got cheated by someone in NTU who said he/she wanted to get my Life Science textbook and notes and waited at Punggol MRT. Well, I kind of expected it as people can really be irresponsible. I tried contacting him/her but as usual, phone is off. I've left a very courteous message to him/her but I'm not angry at all, I just wish that he/she can be more responsible in such issues next time. Got a little drenched by the rain while returning back home to put my books down before heading to E!hub to meet SIS for lunch and movie. THIS IS HOW I DEVELOPED FEVER THE NEXT DAY. We watched New Moon. I must say it is not as nice as I thought, the book is nicer!! ^^

On Friday, my limbs all got chilly and I started to feel jelly.... (it ryhmes well...)
Yeah, fallen ill. Got to postpone picnic @ Sentosa with Yeongchyun and Glenda.
So sorry my love. (this is so mushy) Picnic next week when Yeongchyun is back from holidays.

My throat had been itching very much lately, probably due to my friend-meeting schedules that involved late night snacking and movie outings. I need to be healthierrr!! RUN!!! EXERCISE!! Yet, I still think that sleeping is the best antidote...

Speaking of the best holiday, I would say, anyday is a good day if I am allowed to sleep as long as I like. That would be the best Christmas, New Year, Birthday, Thanksgiving presents... Have been scratching my head to think about the presents to get... Well, I am not someone who likes to shop and get stuff that only looks nice but doesn't serve any purpose in life. So please people, no ornaments, soft toys, necklace, bracelets, cups, hair accessories etc. I don't need those. I just need people to be sensitive to my feelings. I would really appreciate that.

Done with hostel shifting but I am still working on many things. Sometimes, I think that people take my kindness and understanding for granted. Yet, when I think that I couldn't take it anymore, and blow up slightly a bit, they would say I am too sensitive or I 'seemed' okay and so they thought it is okay to just blabber on with rumours or other nonsense. Just how should I put my point through so that such insensitive people can get my point right and follow them? Should I just blow up and don't give them anymore face?? HMMM... Not my kind of thing to do but I will certainly carry on to reject those people whom I do not want them in my life... I think that I have to make my stand really clear so that I can get some peace...

Woke up only in the afternoon despite sleeping in earlier than usual, 2am. Had brunch and some snacks while watching online videos before continuing with my Economics Test Papers. It was a disaster. I am lazy to analyze and write.

It was in the evening when Mom came. She brought stuff for me and it was HEAVY. I only held it for a while when she went to the washroom but my hands went numb... YES, NUMB. Moms are really WONDERWOMEN.

We were chatting in the room for some time since my room-mate wasn't around. It was the usual topic: School, Family etc. Only till today did I know that my brother scored 501/1000 for his Secondary 2 end-of-year test and that's why he got promoted to Secondary 3 Express. PHEW~ Luckyyy~ If not Mom would have gone crazy.

Now, new responsibility falls on me. Got to tutor my brother after he buy his new textbooks. I have no choice since I'm taking Engineering Course and still fresh with Maths. This kinds of makes my sis who studies Accountancy in the same school sounds stupidd... LOL... She only knows how to plus, minus, times and divide now... HAHAHAHA.

Sad to mention, my brother's weakest subject is Mathematics. So here I am, getting prepared to go crazy after my own examinations to teach him. Hopefully he cooperates, I can't guarantee that I will give him a nice face like I do for other students....... (~___~)

But, I really love my brother though I used to hate him for snatching love away from my parents.... He popped out when I was 5 so I kind of developed the jealousy only until recently, after I was 18. He needs me... I think I can be a nice elder sister after all!! ^^ Looking at the fact that he is so much taller than me at the age of 14, I'd better not mess with him either or else I might land in some giant, white buildinggg! HAHAHAHAHA!

Mom brought me sugar cane juice!! Pureeeee summoreeeee. She empathesized on it.... I think she went Pasir Ris to get that for me before coming to my room... God, she's not tired meh??? *faints*

Okay, slack a lot already. Got to go back to study. All the best to everyone.

Exams are just less than than 5 days away and I still have not touched my Economics stuff yet. What a student am I? I wish to go back to the days which I am so carefree and self-fufiling. LOL. It's just study, study and more study now.

After tomorrow's Life Science CA Test, I'm going to switch off and mug hard for Economics and Mathematics. This is like the first major exams! I can't screw up! RARRR. Forget the unhappy memories and I should look forward to the bright future (holiday)!!!

A LITTLE HELPLESS

I can't help but feel helpless when Mom just blabber her comments about my belief without really asking what I want... She just claims that whatever that I do is wrong and claims that I am proud. Every single action is coupled by scoldings and sarcasm.

Though I pretend not to hear anything and keep quiet, she continues to say that I am disrespectful for not replying... What can I do? When will she understand that what I am doing is for her own good? She's too sinful, too bothered by what others say about her and how others treat her... She's not entirely kind to others either, at least not to family, like she had claimed...

The fact that I like to go fotang is because I didn't like all the things that is happening at home. I don't want to go home but I know I have to do so if not she'll complain even more... Yet, I know that I must tolerate this...

I wouldn't question why God didn't give me reasonable, loving parents. I know things happen for a reason. Whatever that happened before I was borned could not be controlled but I can control the future... I want my family to be happy. I need to tolerate. Bear more... Control myself... I believe all this effort will be rewarded someday, when Mom and Dad could really recognise my belief... I must show them...

I've received many invitations from friends asking me out recently, but I have to decline most of them that required my weekends or travelling. Examinations are coming, I've to start mugging. Hope that you guys can understand.

To update on my hostel life... I've gotten used to the washing and cleaning... Walking in and out of the room just to use the toilets and of course, the dust and bugs here... HAHAHAHA. There's some additions to my furniture - A NEW HAIRDRYER. I've always wanted to get one!! However, I cannot use it in the morning because the noise will affect my room-mate's sleep. We ought to be considerate to one another, isn't it? ^^

I've been eating a lot ever since I've came to university. Seems like I am always hungry and kept suffering from indigestion... ): Is there something wrong with my lifestyle?? HMMM~

There are a lot of activities coming up after examinations and I CAN'T WAIT FOR IT TO COME.

FINALLY! I'm back at H-O-M-E! Nowhere is better than home~ Even the naggings of my beloved mother sounds so nice~ HAHAHA. I'm not a pervert! I just miss home~ Going to start camping at school starting from next week, to mug hard for the semester examination. It's kind of late but better to be late than never. I think I will be having a hard time there by myself but I ought to take that pressure since I'm the one taking the exam!! ^^

Tonight, I had pizza for dinner!! ^^ Shared with Sis but she only ate 4 small pieces. The rest are MINE. We got 1 pizza free so I got to eat A LOT! WHOO~ I guess that my appetite was never good when I am not at home... Never felt that contented, being able to move around, speak to my family~ ^^ PSKKK~ I LOVE CINNAMON TWIST.

Tomorrow will be my last tuition lesson before calling it for the year!~ Finally I can have some time for myself during the weekends... Phew~

Sis just asked me to sign her Organ Donation Form as a witness. OMG, my hands were shaking when I held the card. Yet, I recalled what I learnt - You cannot bring anything away after your death. I guess that's what makes my Sis so confident and brave about donating her organs... My Mom signed it before I did, which somehow, I didn't think she would agree to such actions as traditional perceptions says that you can't go to Heaven if you do not have a 'full' body after death. My Sis and I knows that everything about going to Heaven lies within your actions, words and mind. I guess I'm going to do the same as well next year... Organ Donation... ^^

Well, if you think that this is insane, you should try searching on BODY WORLDS. It's about plastinating dead bodies and exhibiting them to show the wonders of our human body and about life. Those exhibition bodies are real bodies, donated by the dead themselves before death. They signed the agreement and wanted to leave something to the world. That's what I called - BRAVE TO THE MAX. Well, the exhibtion is in Singapore now, you guys may want to check it out. I have a weak heart... I don't think I would want to go... ~___~

This week has been a week full of spendings~ ^^ But I'm happy to spend it since it's for happy occasions!! ^^ I LOVE ONLINE SHOPPING.

Hi everyone, I've been very lazy to update my blog lately because of the fact that I've not much stuff to update. Everyday, it's school and little things here and there. Overall, I feel a little dumb having to struggle with topics that I have no interest in... ): Yet, I know that this is important and constantly forcing myself to do what I have to do as an undergraduate...

However, I have to mention that my group of university mates are constantly encouraging me and accomodating me. It hasn't been long since I've met them but we have common interests and everyone is so nice. It made my life here a lot more better than I think it is.

I don't like cough syrup

After going to the doctor in Sengkang Polyclinic, I'm back in hostel the next day for school again. The cough syrup has been making me so drowsy and I can't seem to work properly... Feeling tired yet unable to sleep because I have work undone and my bed is full of clothes freshly baked from the dryer.... ^^

I had been having some problems with my laptop, so this is probably my last time using it this week for leisure purpose. Uploading some rather recent photos (before my recess week) here.... But school's internet is really trash, I will upload it again other time...

I've read this nice article about the "Law of the Garbage Truck"... I think it's a good one, it tells us how to face life with optimism and control our temper since we're somehow so full of ourselves most of the time... (:

One day, I hopped in a taxi and we took off for the airport. We were driving in the right lane when suddenly a black car jumped out of a parking space right in front of us. My taxi driver slammed on his brakes, skidded, and missed the other car by inches!

The driver of the other car whipped his head around and started yelling at us. My taxi driver just smiled and waved at the guy. And I mean, he was really friendly. So I asked, "Why did you just do that? This guy almost ruined your car and sent us to the hospital!" This is when my taxi driver taught me what I now call, 'The Law of the Garbage Truck.'

He explained that many people are like garbage trucks. They run around full of garbage, full of frustration, full of anger, and full of disappointment. As their garbage piles up, they need a place to dump it and sometimes they'll dump it on you.

Don't take it personally. Just smile, wave, wish them well, and move on. Don't take their garbage and spread it to other people at work, at home, or on the streets.

The bottom line is that successful people do not let garbage trucks take over their day. Life's too short to wake up in the morning with regrets, so ... Love the people who treat you right. Pray for the ones who don't. Life is ten percent what you make it and ninety percent how you take it!

DRUNK FROM HERBAL RICE WINE....

I hadn't been feeling well lately, there's constant sharp pains in my abdomen and I can't sleep well either.... It is making me so frustrated and pimples are poping out everywhere... Just a moment ago, I drank the Herbal Rice Wine my Mom made and now, I'm getting so giddy... Swaying a little left and right while I am typing... I wonder how am I going to brush my teeth later??

That's the only wine I drink, for health purposes. It helps me to sleep, like AN MIAN YAO. However, it has no side effects. I've just finished my lab report so here I am, updating you guys about myself... that's a little BHB! But I would like to have my buddies and lovely friends not worry about me... Well, I'm swaying a little too hard... I just drank 2 mouth of that wine!! But rice wine are rich in alcohol, so I think I will knock out in a few moments....

I'm very happy to be helping my friends around with work, even though I am not fantastic at it. I feel very trusted when they ask me stuff or even borrow my tutorial answers.... I hope that I can make more friends in NTU... (: CAC Impressario 2010 is here! It's a talent competition and I am so excited about it! I'm in subcommittee so there's bound to be some participation and hot stuff going around... I've been announcing to my friends that I would love to be assigned to the role of being the artist managers!! (: But I'm in Programming so it's kind of hard... How about emcee?? I've experience from NYJC The One, an annual singing competition held by NYJC Student Council... Just so love this!!

Omg, getting a little high here... Going to sleep soon, I can't even sit up straight now... I am looking forward to holidays! Reunions with my great friends from all over the world! (actually there's only Liwen in Australia...) MY HEAD IS HEAVY. SHALL CUT HERE. CYA EVERYONE.

Remember my previous post about saying I was so happy and relaxed after CA1? Well, now CA2 is coming! In 2 weeks' time. After CA2, the Semester Test is going to hit us soon... Everything is so fast... I can't seem to handle this...

There are so many things that demanded my attention - family, friends, school, my students, fotang... Sometimes, I just wonder "What are the others doing?" "Why is my load still that heavy when there are others around..." Well, that's all that I feel when I am frustrated. Always being asked if I was free and if I could help. I want to help, but sometimes, I couldn't even help myself... ):

Lab report is still uncompleted though I have to submit it this Friday... The deadline is not extended even though our last day of submission hit the Deepavali holiday... Drats. Yet, I cannot come back during weekends as I am so packed with tuition work and fotang stuff... Tutorials are piling up because I have no time or simply say, no knowledge (my empty brain) to answer them... Need to work harder.... WHOOSH.

But there are stuff which I am happy about. My friends are constantly entertaining each other with different issues. I really hope that I can meet up with other friends soon... Liwen is coming back soon, December... I really hope that I can meet up with her this time round... It's been so long since we've some time together... Maybe a mahjong session? without gambling money of course... HAHAHA.

Haven't been feeling physically well as I was suddenly hit by cough and blocked nose... This made me unable to donate blood... It happens all the time even though I am super careful with what I eat during such periods... (-____-)

MID AUTUMN FESTIVAL

Good day everyone, today is kind of my last day of my holiday... Though it's Mid Autumn Festival, my day was not spent with my family, they have their own stuff to do... Mom's out, Dad's working, Sis's attending lessons and my Bro? PLAYING COMPUTER GAMES SINCE MORNING WHEN I WENT OUT TO WORK TILL NOW, 12AM.

I'm getting a little tired of having to fix the computer everytime it crashes, replacing the parts when it gets spoilt. When will be the time when my brother learns to take good care of stuff and to make good use of time? He never sat down at the study table though he has one. It's just piled up with books and papers, none filed nor non-crumpled~ I hope, seriously hope that, he can be enlightened... I can't imagine my Mom or Dad having to serve him somehow like a maid when my sister and I are gone for some reasons - marriage, work, leisure etc.

I did some good stuff today, I went to help out at Fotang. It was very peaceful over there, there are a lot of children here today. It's so lively. They kept Uncle Hoe (others call him Uncle Lee, Uncle Hoe is what I call my 4th Uncle, my second dad =P... In short, UNCLE LEE = MY UNCLE HOE = MY 4TH UNCLE = MY SECOND DAD) company as he is loved by the children. He may look like Justice Bao, due to his natural dark skin tone but somehow the children love him. They love me too, but they'll choose Uncle Lee over me if he's around... I'm glad to enjoy the peace and quiet when they play with him instead of dragging me around. I love children, when they are nice and quiet, of course. HAHAHA.

Brought home nice vegetarian mooncakes, I ate the 'leftovers' of my sis and bro of course. They're picky with food but I'm not. I'm only picky when it comes to vegetarian verses non-vegetarian stuff. HAHAHA.

Farewell Kim Wee

I was informed by ZhiHui that KimWee passed away last Friday after a long battle against a rare cancer. I was awfully strucked by it, feeling extremely sad for we had to lose a kind soul to the hands of Death. Though I didn't know him well, he had a good reputation for a Normal Academic student. His great personality stood out and many cried for his departure.

I know he'll find peace in God's hands. He was a grateful person, to everyone who was in his life, to every single piece of memory he can take with him. His departure set me thinking about what I want in my life. Let's all shine his share for him and remember we once had this great man in our life.

Hi everyone~ I'm back home for a week as it is Recess Week [: and this is my 600th post since the start of my blogging habit [:

This recess week wouldn't be a slacking week although it will be filled with fun and excitement. There's loads of stuff to be revised and caught up. I feel somehow very loaded with work especially I have my weakest subjects to study for. To clear up the stress, I'll be meeting friends throughout the week for different activities. Test!!

I'm currently mugging for Life Science BS1004. Totally goner. There's a test tomorrow, 20 MCQs but I doubt I can make it.... ): I have never taken Biology before!! This is going to be hard...

The washing machine in our laundry room is not really working well.... Hopefully everything returns to normal soon... There's a lot of drilling going on as the toilets are being renovated. I kind of peeked into it, the rubbles and mess reminds me of photographs from World War II. The noise just disturbs our everyday activities. We can't sleep in late in the morning or study quietly... There are merely at the stage of demolishing the old structures, not installing the new walls/doors/toilet bowls yet... There's even more to come to the left after they finish with the toilet on my right... (~___~)

I can't really stand all the dust and dirt flying across my room... It accumulates to the extent that I can't stand and have to wipe the table once every 30 hoursss... (-____-) I miss HOME!

No more blabbering, got to study if not I will fail... JIAYOU EVERYONE!! (:

my desktop wallpaper... I like the pathway... It's kind of telling me that everyone has a pathway in life that one has to walk through... Let's not get astrayyy..... HAHAHAHA.

Peaceful Life in a Busy World

I've tried to update several times but didn't find a gd topic to share with my peeps. But I've been constantly searching for the topic to touch on, a sensible one, a meaningful one. However, I find that the topics that I'm interested in is not anything that others might understand. I will definitely share with you guys once I've more content and a structure of what I wish to say... I would say that I'm not knowledgable enough to be speaking these stuff now... (:

Overall....
- School was okay, except that tests are coming one by one....
- Life was alright as I have friends.... old and new ones.
- Work was fine and students are not giving me any troubles...
- Friends are still loved by me...
- Family members are all healthy and nice...
- Personal participation for the development of my character is still going well... No tantrums, no unhappiness, very peaceful, yeahhh~

One thing to pick on if I really have to pick something...
I wish that I can have some peace and quiet at night during hostel so that I can sleep or concentrate in work when I want to... (~___~)

I've been preoccupied with my homework lately as all the Continuous Assessments are approaching. Yes, CA starting at the 5th week of school. I must say this is even more fast-paced than Junior College...

I kind of started bad for my favourite subject - Mathematics. Made a major mistake in answering the question during CA Test 1 which was held earlier today... I guess I've been too proud, I need to be more careful... (: But I do like my Economics Tutor, she's HOT! She wore a mini-skirt to class today and she looks like those short, little, cute girls whom you will think that she's a student... I've to work hard for Economics!! (:

Laptop problems

Recently, I've been bugged by my laptop problems. It just switches on by itself even thou I've shut it down. Kinda eerie especially my room mate got so shocked when she hear the laptop starting up in the middle of the night... I feel super eerie too but I know that there's smth wrong with this darn laptop, not anything supernatural.

Yet Eight Flags is asking for my purchasing invoice in order to repair it. I have no such invoices except for the tax invoice. HAIX.

Slept through Material Science lecture today by Prof Wong. OMG, I can see why he is always asking me to answer questions during tutorial, I bet he can actually see that I am always hugging my bag and sleeping in his lecturer.

Good news to share to lighten up the mood! I'm in Impresario (Cultural Activities Club @ NTU) sub-committee which I will be taking up the role in Programmes/Events. It's the brain of the club where you organize events dealing with talents e.g. talent time, singing competition, dancing competition, recitals etc. I do love this CCA, hopefully I can do well so I wouldn't shame my sister... HAHAHAHA!

I've always been in a dilemma lately, regarding school and personal time matters. I'm kind of losing myself, as in my temper, not my identity. However, I'm very troubled by the various roles that I play - a daughter, student, friend, helper, tutor etc. These roles kind to take up too much time and I'm getting a little tired. While I'm happy abt school, I'm worried too.

Work has been piling up, I would say, too much for me to finish or handle. As my roommate says, I am not getting out as much as I should as a freshie, always cooped up on my desk trying to pour brainjuices out to fufil my role as a student. Sometimes I just want to relax, read a storybook or just zone out, recalling my happy times at fotang or my holidays. I guess it's all over, school is my top priority now.

Living by yourself is definitely not easy, I give thumbsup for Liwen who had been living in Australia by herself. There's loads of stuff to take care of and recently, my laptop has been giving me loads of problems. It just adds on to the whole misery. I am definitely not emo here, because I am not feeling useless or down, I'm just tired of this fast-paced life.

Good thing is that Mom still offers me some form of entertainment and care when I get back from school for a short vacation during the weekends. She wouldn't cook stuff for me, as I would not eat stuff she cook either, she talked to me. About friends, school and some gossips. I would say Mommy's Power is more powerful than you thought it might be. One sentence from Mom and I get all enlightened up. I just hope that she can enlighten herself sometimes, HAHA.

While enjoying my easy job as a tutor, it is never an easy task to wake up early on a weekend morning, especially when I've been missing a lot of sleep due to work and personal habits. I do understand that I need some social life, but sometimes, I just wish to rot at home and hope my friends wouldn't mind me closing myself in. I feel so tired having to think of what to wear when I meet my friends, trying my best not to be too 'chui' as I want them to know that I am sincere in meeting up with them.

Well, I'm still going strong, at least. Nothing changes much except for my energy level! OMG, I sound like an ATOM OR MOLECULE WITH ENERGY STATES. Enough of crapping!! I hope everyone is enjoying themselves and looking out for each other!! (:

Hi everyone!

I've been staying in hostel for the past one week. I must say it's rather inconvenient especially you have to keep locking your doors in and out... The water/food supplies are rather troublesome too... The water cooler in my hall's pantry is not clean, so I had to buy bottles of 1.5litres mineral water to drink... LOL.

It's forever peak hours in NTU, especially frustrating when you want to take buses or rushing for time!! It's always flooded and people around you are talking very loudly... YOU KNOW~ PRCs~ It's a bad thing I have no printer or laptop in hostel... It's rather impossible to print stuff from the libraries... ):

The thing I'm most angry about is: The store helpers in NIE Campus Bookstore are VERY RUDE. They are the ones who piled up the books here and there, making the place so messy and disorganized. Yet, when we pose questions to them, they IGNORE us!! Telling us they don't know and SHOO US AWAY. Can't they just speak properly? Why must they say YOU CANNOT TOUCH THE BOOKS! YOU CANNOT STAND THERE!

COME ON! WHAT'S A BOOKSTORE FOR???!! They are so slow at attending to the students, as if we have a lot of time to spare at the store. Oh please! You have a long queue of over 50 people waiting for u ok!! Very irritated everytime I have to go to the NIE bookstore. If not for the wide variety of titles there, I wouldn't step in!!

PHEW~ Vent out already. I'm feeling better....

Hi everyone! I've been away these few days as I'm busy shifting into my hostel room. Well, a few days had passed and I'm staying in my hostel now! Many friends have come to visit me, I am very thankful for that... I LOVE MY FRIENDS!

Good news! I've been exempted from English Proficiency!! Yay!! My sis was giving my goosebumps after hearing what I wrote for my essay and I thought I would fail!! WHOO! No additional module!! (:

I'm currently using Lynn's lappy, thanks Lynn! (: I've met up with my roomie! She's a Year 4 student in HSS (Chinese), she's so far nice! I hope I can get along well with her!

Got to shift more things into hostel cos my room looks so empty!! (: BUY BUY BUY!! Textbooks, food, lappy, shoes, clothes, towels....

It's been a long time since I've ever updated my blog. Recently, I've been rather busy coping with work and University Admission matters. I must say that there are a lot of instructions and hidden agenda when entering to University...
Just got my timetable for Mechanical Engineering Year 1. The topics are totally drats... It's back to studying Physics and Mathematics, both of which I am not super fantastic at... The thing that shocked me the most is - Economics. Argh. I have to take it for one semester but I don't really know what has Economics do with Engineering??!!

Hopefully I can sail through this... It's very worrying especially I can't really do Physics and Economics... and there's QET coming up next Tuesday. Anyone taking QET too? Got to wake up super duper early to get to the examination hall in NTU.

Hope that everyone is doing fine!! I'm going to get back to school life soon... Wish to meet up with friends soon~ (:

Met up with Glenda and Yeongchyun after Dance Practice in the morning at Tampines 1. It's my first time going there, but it doesn't seem very nice to me, I still prefer Tampines Mall (: Went to Sushi Tei to have lunch. We were all drained from our morning activities so most of the time we were eating to gather back energy!! HAHAHA! Forgot to take pictures too!! =P Bon voyage Glenda! Have a good time at Shanghai!! Take good care of Yeongchyun's camera!! (: Thanks YeongChyun and Glenda for giving into me and letting me go with my vegetarian diet! (: LOVE YOU!

After bidding goodbye to them, I took Bus 3 and headed to Pasir Ris - E!hub for my next date!! Don't get the wrong idea! I'm meeting up with Corinne and Cynthia!! (: It's an early celebration for Corinne's 19th Birthday!! It was raining super duper heavily and I got stucked at the bus-stop. As lazy as I can get, I took taxi down to E!hub and had a warm cup of Forest Tea at the vegetarian restaurant - Yummy Green in E!hub. The dishes there are super nice can! HAHAHAHA!!

Corinne and Cynthia came early and we went down to New York New York for an early dinner. Little did we know that we will sit there from 5 plus to 9 plus!! OMG. I bet I gave the waitress a hard time trying to accomodate to my vegetarian diet but I SUCCEED! Had a heart-to-heart talk with my W.H.Y. ladies and I just love it! Miss the times that we are always slacking in the TOILETS.

Met up with Edwina today at Vivo City to grab sales!! I must say that although we hadn't met for... 2 years or so? We still had endless topics and I feel really comfortable with her. We had lunch at Food Republic, eating Thunder Tea Rice!! (: It's a total new sensation to eat rice with tea!! But I like it!! Did some walking (also known as shopping spree) after our lunch!! Had quite a good catch!!

We went watching Ice Age 3 after all that walking and continued to shop after the movie! Had dinner at Marche and dessert at Bakerzin!! (: It was a day full of shopping and food!! I've enjoyed it to the max! Thank you Edwina!! (: We will meet soon again for camp shopping and hostel shopping okay!! (:

Had a great day out with YC and Glenda. They were very nice to bring me to Ngee Ann City and ate at Crystal Jade Ramen & Xiaolongbao outlet. Oh my, I must say their dimsums are really nice and affordable!! (: I'm so paiseh to let them pay for me, but I know that they will feel even worse if I don't let them pay!! Well! Once a year so I guess it's alright!! (: Thanks Glenda and YC!
Went to Cineleisure to watch Land of the Lost. I must say it is a must-watch comedy!! (: Especially the main character is a famous comedian actor!! (: Love it man! We laughed our hearts out... Thanks to Glenda and YC for accompanying me the whole day!

I loved the birthday card too! Doubt anyone else would have a longer birthday card than me!! (: All photos are on my Facebook, go take a look at how NICE AND LONG my birthday card is!! It's very sweet and I love it, thanks to G&YC!

Woke up super early to bathe and took taxi down to Khatib with sis and took MRT to Sembawang. We had breakfast in Macs and then met with all the others before heading to Sembawang Park. It was a great day and there were a lot of kids there!! They're so lively early in the morning!

The lesson went on well with a Tang poem and the first chapter of the Filial Sutra (孝经第一章). I've got the chance to revise it as well, I can still vaguely remember it as I've studied that when I was like... 6 years old? The programme which I was suppose to lead (Games) went pretty well and the kids are really hyped up! BUT! It rained halfway and we had to seek shelter and the game was halted. HAHAHAHA.

But the kids did enjoy themselves! I'm pretty shocked at myself, being able to speak 'kiddy language'! Leading kids games is surely different from leading Orientation 1 Games!! (: But I like both!

Went off to bathe after during 'Free & Easy' time and went off to meet YC for KBOX after lunch! (: We went to watch 'Trail of the Panda'!! I LOVE THE MOVIE LAH!! Nearly cried... But I held it back... it was a happy ending after all... (: DO WATCH IT IF U CAN COS IT'S REALLY NICE!!

First time going to E!hub KBOX outlet! It was flooded with people!! Probably because it's the holidays! Went with Baozhu and still enjoyed the student offers with our tricks!! (: HAHAHA!!

It was really a great place. Good rooms with good KTV systems but the mic isn't working very well. The aircon was at blast too so we were shivering in coldness... (: The food was all 'combined' till I find it not 'combined' but 'halved'!! Thanks Baozhu for accompanying me to KBOX!! (:

First dinner with the purpose of celebrating my birthday with 2 C!! Corinne and Cynthia!

I've reached E!hub too early, 2 hours in advance of the meeting time at 7pm. So I've bought a ticket for Night At The Museum 2!! OMG, I must say it was an exciting movie but not as fun as the first season! But I like the ending!! (: The happy one!

Had dinner with the 2 girls at the vegetarian restuarant and we ate BENTO SET!! Hahahaha!! It was really nice except that Cynthia didn't like the wasabi cheese balls... Was really full but had another round of chocolate cakes/icecreams at Gelare! Thanks so much for taking time off your busy schedules girls! It was really nice of you to eat vegetarian food with me too! And I love the Sesame Street Chocolate Cake you girls bought me! It's now in my fridge! (:

I really appreciate you girls for being understanding and encouraging me all the time! Love you girls always! Although we can't meet very often, but ABSENCE MAKES THE HEART GROW FONDER.

I named this post "Words to my Friends" because I have things that I wish to say but it's just not my style to name it out.

I know many are very concerned with my life since I've not been appearing much in front of your eyes. I'm here to assure you guys out there that I am really happy and contented. After my A level Examination, I am very fortunate to have found something that I would want to do for the rest of my life. I've told Zhihui that in detail because she's propably the one who can listen and not comment on my decision. Others would have desuaded. But when the time comes and I need to go to serve mankind, a pat on the shoulder would be the most encouraging words to give me... (:

What do you live for? Yourself? Family? Car? Condo? Wife? Fame?
How long does that last? A lifetime?
How long is your lifetime? 80 years?
Are you able to bring all that car, condo, wife and fame away when you die?
Is it better to live well and die lonely? Or to live moderately and die with the love of hundreds?

HAPPY MOM'S DAYYY!!

Bought a violet flower for Mom when I came back from the Mothers' Day Banquet... Mom loves violet... I could still remember Sis and I used to buy her VIOLET things, inclusive of the wrappings/gift cases... But I realised that she's merely keeping all that stuff and NOT USING IT. The flower is now lying in my book case after she took several glances of it... LOL.

My weight shot up like AGAIN. Can't help it, vegetarian food is like super gourmet... Ate full 3 meals everyday... Doing leisure reading most of my free time and did not work out at all... Hmmm~ I'm an indoor person, can't help it...

I'm missing my great buddies, friends, peeps and working partners but I know they have their stuff and I have mine. I feel so down when I have to reject their invitations to meals and chill-out sessions all the time...

Well, different people differs in their priorities... Work comes first for me definitely... June will be a more relaxed month, I shall compensate my absence then...

Gotten my Acceptance Letter from NTU for Mechanical Engineering... (-_____-) Didn't expect to be accepted into Engineering School at all so I know nothing about the course. My physics sucks lahhh~ How to do Engineering??!! Anyone pls share info about Mechanical Engineering?? But I'm still waiting for NUS reply~ Hopefully I can land on a Business Course or a Science Course... At least I'm more confident in that...

Working very hard lately to push my students during their Mid Year Examinations. After this month, I can have a break!! (: YAY!! Had been working like mad non-stop and neglecting my family, friends and myself. Sis is having her 3 months long break too!! (: WHOOHOOO~ Shopping!! KBOX!! SLACKKKKK~

Accompanying my Uncle Hoe to the Mothers' Day Banquet at Singapore Futsing Association this coming Saturday. Sis is the emcee... GOING TO LIKE EAT A LOT OF NICE VEGETARIAN FOOD THERE~~ I can't be bothered with my weight, it kept fluctuating... :P

Long time since I've blogged.

Life is pretty busy now as all my students are facing their mid year exams, each demanding more effort and time from me. Seriously speaking, I doubt my reminders to them have worked, they're not minding what I say and kept repeating their mistakes. LOL. And yes, I'm stopping some of the assignments after May as they will be letting themselves free for June Holidays, not needing my service. It's a good time to let go and pick a few that I am really keen and confident of teaching for the long term.

Recieving calls and smses from my little primary school students whom does nothing but complain and ask stupid questions. I mean, they're just lazy and doesn't want to do your work, they are meant to disturb you in advance so that you get prepared and would not scold them on the day itself. I can get no smses, no calls from others but only from them. I'm starting to dislike children, although they really like me a lot... HAHAHAHA.

Did foot and shoulder reflexology yesterday. I felt like I'm flying the moment I stand up after the treatment... $25 for 1 hour of treatment is really affordable and cheap. They're all experienced male senseh... It's not like those aroma therapy where your skin gets rubbed but doesn't get your stiff shoulders treated... (: It's cheaper too...

Went to Hu's birthday party at Pasir Ris Downtown East. I must say that Hu's family is really very admirable. Daddy Hu is the best dad that I've ever seen, buying a bouquet of roses for her daughter on the birthday and serving her friends with food, not eating any himself. But one thing for sure, Hu loves her Dad very much too!! (:

I find my blog too DEAD. So shall update something here....

Had been working and life is as usual - loads of fun talking to children and enjoying the freedom of holidays... (: Congratulations to YeongChyun for recieving the acceptance letter from NTU, celebration this coming Saturday!! (: LOL.

But looking at myself, no interview offers, no letters. I guess the S grade in General Paper is really a red mark for myself... Well, let nature takes its course then... I'm not those who will go for any weird course just to land in university... Stubborn me...

Putting that aside, teaching tuition has its fun and angry matters. Just, I was on Bus 3 and the student's mom called me, saying that the kid will be back late. She requested to change the timing or day, lol. I'm already on the bus!!! This is not the first time that this had happened. I'm teaching him at a very low cost as he's a new student from China and I have to absorb the high transport cost compared to other students... His house is like a sauna as it has no fan at all... Totally unbearable. OK, I've done my complaining and this shall be the end. Cannot keep dwelling... *chills*

I've swept everything this coming Saturday to go KBOX with 30th but it's still as usual, cancelled. 3rd time already if I didn't remember wrongly. Totally bored about this fact and totally not willing to lift another finger to type more about how sian I feel. I will keep myself occupied with other things, other people. Yet I cannot shift back the lessons I've swept, so I shall slog hard these few days and enjoy my long-awaited Saturday.

Had a weird dream last night. Totally disgusted after waking up in shock. Relieved that it is just a dream.

Just submitted my NUS application, I am very worried!!

Anyone filled in the Discretionary parts and yet do not have any supporting documents to send to NUS? If we do not send, does it mean that our application will not be considered at all??!! OMG, I'm so worried, someone tell me what to do!!

Hmmm, but I think it's a little werid to throw a candidate aside w/o those supporting documents... I guess I will be okay... HAHAHA. Went to KBOX with Baozhu yesterday!! (: Totally love it, sang loads of songs that I didn't sing before....

And I finally understood how to do Grammar and Vocabulary correctly... Weird huh, I didn't pay attention to my own grammar and vocab even up till JC and only understood the whole logic when I am teaching my students... HAHAHA... What a weird person I am... Anyways, I love to sing RU YAN by Olivia Ong... Cos it's an easy song and don't have to change your tune or tone at all!! (: But I can't deny that it is a little too high for me to hit... Went to Upper Pierce Reservoir to aid in the Morals & Values Lesson organised by Pu Ti Lian She (my religion place) and it was really fun except that the teens there are really... vulgar and rude... I don't remember me being that rebellious and rude at their age... Well, I think all teens are like that, be it what type of family they come from. All of the volunteers are very benevolent and kind as they're very experienced... I got a little fed up but kept my cool... I think I've got some training at home already as my own brother is their age and behaves that way too!! HAHAHA!

Be it what course I want to take, I will have to go through interview or QET (Qualification English Test). I knoW!

But Mom has been questioning Sis about my chances of getting into NBS (Nanyang Business School). I know the answer is a BIG NO. Yet, she kept reminding me of my S grade in General Paper. What's wrong with S grade? It's a sub-pass! It's not a good grade to get but at least I have my AACA!! Why must she always say that I do not have the brains to think about future prospects?

Come on! You think Accountancy is the greatest, never-dying occupation! Yet, I don't want to be like you! Always facing people and numbers, getting cropped up in office politics! Getting all hit up and mess up your mind. I would rather face laboratory equipments, words and be peaceful and quiet.

If I cannot enter University, I already my plans. I've better things to do than to slog and get that degree. I've an aim in life already. I know what is going to last for my life. Nothing is going to stop me from striving towards that goal, be it you allow it or not.

I think that my results is pretty good except for that GP. Yet, I don't think I will have no chance in getting a job that can support myself or MY PARENTS in the future. I bet they just want money out of us as they think it's natural for us to give money. I will give the money, I will support them, but I expect them to respect all my efforts. Including all the effort I've put in for my A lvls and not to feel embarrassed about my grades. I thank them for that if they think it this way.

Going to go to NTU and NUS openhouse this coming saturday, got to grab hold of all the time that I can and make a fast decision. I'm going to choose my own path, not Mom, not anyone can control.

Be it I am sensitive or what. The only thing I dislike about Facebook is it's OPEN-NESS. You can never go private conversation with your closest friends as others can just open up your Wall and see what you're doing for each and every second you're on Facebook.

I am going to rant it all out if this open-ness is going to bring me problems or even the slightest uncomfortable feeling. Just so hate it when people just any-o-how stick their butts into my matters. I just want to use Facebook to keep contact with those whom I want to keep contact with. Multiple tries to talk to me or even send me virtual gifts and still did not get any of my replies? Then shouldn't you just go away?

This long holiday has provened to me that friends may be distant physically but close in your heart. However, those that were never close to my heart will be deemed as transparent to me, as negligible as dust flies. So please! I've got enough STALKING from you back in school so pls stop stalking on me on Facebook!

Probably it's because I am a way-too-sensitive person but I just can't stand it, it can't always be a coincidence that you happen to be within my 10-metre-radius isn't it? And I know where your eyes are looking! You! This type of people, just lovesss to stalk people and any-o-how, put your butt into what other people are doing! We avoided you but you kept following! I call that STALKING.

I'm an okay person but not a benevolent one. Step on my bomb and you'll explode till unrecognizable.

My Pet Society pet, zhizhi, is a VEGETARIAN (I know this is funny to you but not to me!). Plus, she only accepts gifts from close friends! (e.g. Angels, 4e3 peeps, 30th, Vistarians, NVprefects, close NYJCians, siblings, cousins!!) Not those whom I've never spoken more than 100 words with!! Stop acting that you're close to me! You know you will never get close to me using that tactic!

Went to Glenda's house and PON-ed WORK. So tired after losing my sleep on Sunday night. Glenda's Mom is so nice lah! Cook me maggie mee, soup... (: HEHEHE!

I must prepare myself mentally for the release of results... Cannot be too emotional and cry like mad like the release of 'O' level results... Argh...

There's another thing on my mind that I'm very worried about and only my Sis knows. I mean, if I were to go to the same university as her, many would encourage us to stay together in an apartment and man an apartment with some of our peers. However, I'm worried about the responsibilities I've to hold. Looking at Mom, I seriously think that it is impossible to man the whole apartment especially it is suppose to be spick and span from dust all the time.

Most importantly, the apartment that we're living in will be a holy place (at least to me, my sister and my peers), it is a religious place. I'm so afraid I cannot do things well. However, I am very keen in staying there as I truly knows what is good for me. Being in a religious place will discipline yourself and train you up to be mature to handle the society in the future. I hope I can do it.

Second thing is, I've finally feel the economic recession hit on my family. My Uncle has been ordered to stop work for 2 weeks. I am very sad for him as I know that he is really an ART GENIUS. He loves to draw and he finds peace in drawing. I simply love my Uncle so much although he did make things difficult for my Mom before. However, all that is over, I can't simply ignore the effort he has put into in nuturing me to who I am today. He's a strong man too, I know he can tide through this (:

Last thing is, my own little problem about weight and health. Due to work, I've been sleeping late and waking up early. I need to tune myself... So that I wouldn't fall sick so easily... Where is the healthy and cool zhizhi?! HAHAHA. Self-praise is international disgrace...

Recently, my life is full of laughter and joy due to the fact that I meet interesting children everyday!! (: I find that my life is so laxing and peaceful... (: But it makes me rather lazy!! ):

I've rented a new drama series!! HONG GIL-DONG THE HERO!! (: The leads are really handsome and pretty!! (^___^) Renting CDs is my weekly investment on entertainment since I've got no one to watch movies with~ HAIYA, Valentine's is so meaningless~ HAHAHAHA.

I'm so upset about a particular assignment...

If I do not continue teaching, the parents would not pay for the lessons that I have taught so far...

If I continue, the parents want me to assure that her daughter will get 80 marks for Mathematics in the upcoming Mid Year Exams...

I can continue teaching, and I can assure you of the marks!

But the whole series and scolding that I got from the parent is so upsetting!

And you want me to forget all those? and continue teaching?

I'm fine with the scolding, not angry or anything. Yet, how am I going to face the parents? How am I going to smile at the child? I'm really finding difficulties doing that...

Did a relief teaching at a tuition centre in Bedok for 3 hours and got my pay!! (: $30 an hour!! (: Such a good pay and it's real easy teaching!! (: LOVE IT MAN!

But the bad thing is: I LOST MY VOICE OVERNIGHT!!

Today has no lesson so I've went to see a doctor. A private clinic and I had to bear the medical cost myself... ): $34 fly away!! ):

But I can see the immediate effects of the medication from private clinics... I'm feeling better now, and I do not cough as hardly as before... Because of this darn illness, I am now 53.0kg. Still eating PLAIN MEESUA for all my meals.

CNY should be a nice and warm day for mostly all families except for mine. It's a dratful and dangerous day. To be worse, I am not feeling well and had to entertain them the whole day. Drats.

As usual, it was ME who is being ordered to order the meals. Every year it's me. Every year, I get blamed. They never say they don't eat pizza! They never say they ate! They never say they are not eating with us! All they do is to blame and give me their disgusting eyesight when the food and the bill arrive.

Prices have risen, but people are getting poorer. That's why you're making such a big fuss over the 220 over dollars! BUT! Divide it to 30 people, you are merely spending 7 dollars per person each! Irritating! Pls look at the person who is doing all the ordering and calculating when you're GAMBLING AND GOSSIPING!

And you have the cheek to tell me you don't like the chicken breast or parts? Is it my fault? Will KFC even give you a whole tub of drumstick? HAVE SOME BRAINS!

After getting all that shit from one side, I've got shit from my own family as well! Stupid brother who is so childish that he didn't come over even after he has finished new year visiting at my supposed-ly HIGH CLASS relatives place. Yes, they're high class because they are highly educated, nice and really understanding. But, when we are bearing all that humiliation at the LOW CLASS side, shouldn't you think about what we are going through over there?

If your brother don't come, he will not get any red packets! In my heart, I don't give a shit about their $2 or $4 angbao! But what can we answer to them? Mom is not understanding about this. She blames us when we stayed there for such a long time. Come on, we only stayed there from 12noon to 9pm to make sure that all the people have arrived. It is done so to make sure that they would not have any chance to say things behind our backs! It's not as if we enjoyed being there!

Sis nearly blew up when she heard those LOW CLASS ELDER WHO THINKS THEY ARE SO HIGH AND MIGHTY blaming me on buying the food. I had to calm her down because I know that the trouble would end up at my family eventually if we let our temper run.

Can't Mom understand that? We're definitely not enjoying ourselves! It's a chore being there! Yet, we can't go back to our own house even though it is near because it will allow them to have more chance to say things behind our back isn't it? I can't control what they say at other places, but if I am there, at least they wouldn't say or wouldn't dare to say things out that clearly!

I really wish that Mom, Dad and Bro could understand that. We are not traitors! We want to protect our fragile family! A father that doesn't have any virtues, a brother that only knows how to spend time on his own activities and a mother who only knows how to nag about how she has being ill-treated by others in the external family.

Sis is usually away for a long time. I am suffering this almost all the time, alone. No matter what I say, it's of no use. I need a breather. I want to sleep. I want to rest. I want to be strong and one day, get my family out of this ugly place and live our lives happily.

At least, today, I get to talk to JunHan kor-kor and JunLin kor-kor. They're the best cousins, really virtuous ones. I like them. Other don't really make an impression in me, not even the cousin that is same age as me. The usual sticky-tape that likes to hook and lie on my shoulder, I know she's nice but I don't like to be relied on by those whom are related to people whom hurt my most beloved family.

CNY, to me, is an annual hell-day. Hopefully one day, Mom can understand that. Hopefully, one day, I can avoid all these and only be with those I love. My family, Uncle Hoe, JunHan kor-kor, JunLin kor-kor and Fifth Uncle's family.

Sorry to YC and Glenda for not making it to new year visit. I am really not feeling well and had really extreme situations to tackle which could not allow me any breathing spaces. Love you guys as always.

Went to Yishun to help out in cleaning up after work...

First time I touch the real flour-y noodle!! ): Kinda like broke up all the noodles instead of making them 'loose'... HAHAHA. It's really funny see-ing all 7 people in the kitchen finding things to do... It's like a small noodle factory!! (:

Decorating the place is fun but tiring!! Especially having to climb up and down to hang the new year streamers and they keep falling down!! xD Lucky YanShi and ZhiHao was there... (: Managed to finish most of the things but it will be another tiring day to take out all the new year decorations!!

But we were praised for our creativity!! The best new year decoration ever!! (: So fun! But I've missed the last bus and had to take taxi home... The taxi was so comfortable till I almost fell asleep!! (:

Just realised that I'm earning less than a thousand each month. But, I'm self-sufficient! Moreover, I have time for family, friends and my religion! I can't be any happier!! Hope that A levels results don't come out that soon!! xD

I've had a very weird dream last night... Too weird to be true...

I'm walking into a shopping mall alone yet the lights suddenly shut off. All was dark and no one was walking along the corridors. The glass of the shophouses reflected humans sitting inside, talking and chitchatting. It scared me. Plucked up some courage, I walked in and really saw people inside. IT WAS A BLACKOUT. I saw someone whom I knew. Yet I don't think in real life they would be together... I wanted to hide but thought,"THERE'S NOTHING TO HIDE. WHY SHOULD I HIDE?" and uncovered myself with the magazine I was holding.

"HI, WHAT A COINCIDENCE!", I said in Mandrin, and he actually replied!~ He would never will if it's in real-life situations. Walking upfront, I finally saw the one sitting opposite him... Well, someone I knew too, but didn't have much good impression upon. The 2 of them matched, birds fly in flocks, and they are pretty much the same type.

Giving a sinister smile, without much thoughts, I walked out of the shop and POOF! I WOKE UP. The dream is really strange... Why would I be alone in a shopping mall in the middle of the night? Why would he and the girl appear? HAHAHA. What a couple! What a match! What a joke!

If you're close to me, I would probably tell you the whole story in great detail. If not, SHOO YOU GO.

I'm in my evil mode now as I'm giving tuition like mad... Vomitting blood every second...

Better not be a tutor, people!!

went to religious class for 3 days. well, it's suppose to be a 3 day course. knew a lot of reasonings. finally understood that everything happened for a reason and knew how to solve all of them. it's the attitude that counts. it's the attitude towards the matter that changes the situation.

i will learn to change. many will help me change. my teacher will help me change. first time ever in my 18 year of life did i slept so well yesterday night, although only for 6 hours, for i have to wake up for another day of class.

Yesterday was Post Prom!!

It was not as fun as I expected it would be. Totally crowded. Totally loud. Totally dark.

My words after visiting a club... And had a pimple today due to lack of sleep!! HAHAHA. Uploading the pictures for grabs in my friendster by this weekend, SO PEOPLE, IF U TOOK PIC WITH ME AND U WANT IT, GO TO MY FRIENDSTER TO GRAB K!

Yawns~ Haven't recover from the lack of sleep...

Had a tuition assignment today with a Primary 2 and a Primary 6 girl... I really think that it is not easy teaching Primary level... What's wrong with their syllabus?! They don't know anything about their syllabus... Doing mathematics the long and take-forever way... OMG, I must slow my pace if not I may lose my patience...

And I don't like children who don't speak, stare blank at you. Drats.

There's 3 tuition assignments tomorrow. JC1 Chemistry/Mathematics in the morning, P2/P6 English/Mathematics in the afternoon and P5 Chinese in the evening... My time is totally gone... And there's 3-day religious class from Saturday to Monday... Gonna sit there for the whole day (multiply by 3!!)... Imagine the amount of fats that'll accumulate in my body!!

I hope I can get my pay soon~ Let the month pass!!

Christmas is coming but I've got no joyful mood.

Hi peoplesss!

Went to the Nike Sales with Mom and Sis but came out almost like immediately!! What Qi said was right, it has nothing!! ): Wasted my bus fare... It's been a long time ever since we had a mother-and-daughter trip so we went to Lorong Ah Soo to have lunch and bought the fruits there... OMG, the fruits looks so nice!! (: YUMMY.

Bid goodbye to Mom as we alighted at Punggol Plaza to return the DVD that we rented - RESIDENT EVIL 3 ~ EXTINCTION. OMG, it's really nice lahHH~ And we rented I AM LEGEND and PAINTED SKIN. Finished both yesterday night and I must say I AM LEGEND is not as scary as it seems to be... But I just so love Will Smith!! (: One of my favourite Hollywood actor!! Btw, I like Jim Carey, Will Smith and Keanu Reeves!! (: Check out who they are!! Best actors!! (:

Meeting my beloved 30th for buffet at Seoul Garden tomorrow!! Hurrays!! Hopefully most of us will be there!! (: It's been quite some time, around 2 weeks, ever since we've seen each other!! (: But I'm a little worried about what to wear tomorrow... Argh, I'm never good about dressing myself up... ):

This week had been an interview week. Not in coporate style, but more of home-based. Met 2 student's parents and it's been quite a job letting them know my abilities... Well, I was complimented by one of the parent saying that I'm very confident and knows how to bring myself well... HEHE. That's what you learn in council! (:

Nothing to be bragging about, inter-personal skills. It's important, make sure you train it well.

Went to Punggol Plaza for brunch consecutively for 2 days with Sis. Never would have eaten if Sis wasn't around. Ate Sukisushi on the first day and KFC on the second. Rented DVD of Mummy Returns 3, Resident Evil 2 on the first day and rented Resident Evil 3 with Indiana Jones 1 to 3 on the second day...

These 3 are my favourite action movies!! (:

I've finished my manga - TOKYO CRAZY PARADISE! Hey! It's not RA k! It's perfectly correct and normal manga... I just so love the storyline... But a little sad that the main lead didn't end up getting married in the church and somehow ended nowhere... NVM!! It was a good manga~

Another great discovery!! (to me and my sis).
There's a second series to one of my favourite manga!! OMG!! So gonna grab it the next time I get my first pay from tuition!! RARRR.

Oh yes, and I can't believe that I'm BACK DOING H2 CHEMISTRY AND MATHEMATICS QUESTIONS WHEN I'VE JUST CLEARED MY A LVLS A WEEK AGO AND SHOULD HAVE ALREADY BURNT EVERYTHING UP. It's all for my JC1 student whom tuition starts next friday... Argh. It's not tough anymore but it dratsss... Can't believe I'm using my GC once again!!

My life is full of slacking moments today, yet I don't feel like updating my blog except to post some photos... Bought 2 new manga with Liwen ytd and finished reading in less than 2 hours!! Argh...

Cleaned my cupboard of manga, trophies and cosmetics today. Shifted all my soft toys out (there's a lot!!) and asked Mom to wash... Well, she asked me to clear my room!! Wiped the toy shelf and cleanning my wardrobe tomorrow... Spreading out the work so I wouldn't get that bored...

WORK!! Pls find me quickly. Just clinched a deal of JC1 tuition assignment, one that I found myself!! *accomplished* And most importantly is.... the boy that I'm teaching is rather handsome!! *blush* Hopefully I can motivate him to work hard!!

Hopefully my application for temp jobs at ICA gets approved soon... *prays*

Went back to my religious class and everyone seems to pamper on me... I must say they're really lovable and kind souls as long as they don't disturb me while I study/work... Had a really fun time and it's really a blessing to find a religion which your truly believe in and worship it...

Sis is having her last paper tomorrow and it will be her grand release soon! HAHAHA. It's been a long time seeing her slack... Hopefully she can get her deserving rest soon!! (:

My thin comp is supposedly getting back working tomorrow once the kor-kor come and fix back my CPU. Printer is going to get back working to make sure that all my tuition preparations gets done since I'm currently out of ink.

I so don't feel like working anymore.

Misunderstanding between the tuition agency and the parent. The parent didn't want to change me but the colleague heard wrongly. I was given the wrong info and the coordinator called me back to ask me to go back teaching. Too bad, all that dispute made me lose my mood.

Cancelled all my other tuition assignments immediately. Risking too much of time and money. Not that I really need the job... Mom and Dad agreed to support me till I find a good and stable job. Hurrays! I haven't slacked since end of A levels.

Kbox cancelled. Didn't watch my Madagascar (anyone wanna watch?). Didn't read my manga neither watched any anime. Need to indulge~

What a time! I should be sleeping now isn't it? Well, the fact is, I CANNOT SLEEP. Drats. It's after A lvls and I'm waking up as early as a bird. Weird? That's because I've got a tuition assignment today!! AHHHH!! My subject is a PRIMARY 2 KID. OMG.

Those whom know me well knows that I'm actually popular with children as I have a few young cousins who are in their primary education right now. I'm just so afraid that the kid would start crying because of my pokercard-face!! OMG!! Like, what am I going to do if he/she starts crying?!

Right now, I don't even know the gender of my subject. Wells. I guess it's a girl as he/she was looking for a female chinese tutor... Oh yes, I'm teaching both English and Maths. Simple! So simple! And I've printed like tons of worksheets for him/her! Checked the syllabus so it's going to be really relevant to teach those!

Mr Ong told me not to terrorize the kid. Come on Mr Ong! Only YOU terrorize people!! HAHAHA. And yes, I will observe patience like you taught me how to~

I'm left with 2 more papers, which is something good to be happy about.

But, I feel that I'm done for Econs and Physics. I really feel very bad and worried but I guess I will have these 3 whole months to get ready for the lousy results... I didn't seize the opportunity well enough... Hate this feeling... and feeling down now.

I'm going to finish the papers as best as I could! So don't worry for me!

A levels is a part of my life and if I don't do well for this, it may just mean my future route would be harder. It doesn't mean the end... I told my Mom that... So I'm going to do what I preach... Finish and get over with A lvls!

There's so many things I've to do after A lvls so there's no time to be worrying!

But the worse thing is... H2 ECONS, H2 CHEM, H1 PHYSICS is still at hand!! Argh~ Next week is going to be hell...

Worse thing is, both my comp crashed. One is fully unworkable and this one (the one I'm currently typing on) has weird messages from "Antivirus 2009" which my brother thought it was an anti-virus software and pressed on it... There! It caught virus. F***. I'm so fed up with the computer. It crashed just the time when I need it the most. F***.

Okay, sorry for using the F word. I just get very very very fed up with naughty technology stuff.

Anyone has any solutions for this stupid virus? Well, it kept blocking me from downloading antivirus softwares. Argh. I'm going to dump this computer after my A lvls.

This week is full of confusion and disappointment. Got back our results and many are pondering, worried, frightened of the approaching A levels examination. My grades are passable but not fantastic. In fact, I've deproved by a lot.

It's alright. I will work harder. I know I will.

Just finished watching Bio-Cops. It's a movie back 5 to 7 years ago. Somehow identical with the origins of Resident Evil and House of the Dead. It's all about a virus that broke out and many zombies are created. It's gorry as you see many hands and blood gushing, splashing about but not as unanticipating as Resident Evil.

Did I mention that I like to watch zombie/vampire shows even though I'm afraid of watching horror stuff? HAHAHAHA. Bet 'cha didn't know.

There's HCI, AJC papers lying on my study table now and I have no mood to do it! Hmmm~ Bought loads of stuff and spent loads of money trying to calm myself down from the piles of work...

Hi everyone, I haven't been updating much in my blog about my activities cos there are so many things that is happening... Outings after outings and I'm enjoying myself too much to be able to put all that down in words... Shall list out the dates of outings instead...

Prelims is not as good as I expected. My 2 best subjects failed my expectations. I ought to study harder... I cannot be complacent... There are always people better than me but I just want to win myself. I will~

IT'S THE END OF PRELIMS! YAY!

I don't really feel the excitement of ending the prelims because it just meant one fact - A LEVELS IS APPROACHING REALLY SOON. Well, although that's the truth, let's all give ourselves a pat on the shoulder to acknowledge all the hardwork we've gone through!

Took taxi to Yio Chu Kang to meet Mom and had a hell time listening to all the drums and exposing my mushroom head to the sun! Went to AMK Hub to buy some stuff before going back for the second round of ritual...

Bought:
- A pair of Mondo shoes
- A pair of knee length tights (online shopping)
- 3 new manga
- took taxi twice

It's hell loads of money! And tomorrow I'm going to KBOX with YeongChyun and have dinner with Glenda and Yeongchyun!! AHHH~ $$$$~

Next week is gonna be hell cos ALL THE PAPERS ARE FLOWING BACK INTO OUR HANDS WITH THEIR RED MARKS ON IT. Zulhafiz said it's good to PAMPER YOURSELF.
